Erik Reault

With over 12 years of Mortgage Banking experience, Erik prides himself on developing a relationship with each of his clients that focuses on the fulfillment of their hopes and dreams as well as assisting in their strategic financial plan.  Erik personally believes the key to a successful relationship is to take the time to understand a client's life goals as well as their financial circumstances and immediate needs.
 
As a mortgage professional, Erik's number one priority is to make sure that the mortgage loan you select is fully integrated with your short and long-term financial and personal goals, as well as your payment and equity objectives.  Completely understanding the product you have chosen and how it will affect other aspects of your finances is always at the forefront while working with Erik.

Working as team is extremely crucial in the lending process.  I have developed a team of support professionals that assist in helping make each transaction a smooth, systematic, and stress-free experience.

Gretchen Fetscher

As Erik's Assistant, my role is to be in constant communication with the clients & vendors during the loan process.  I will collect all the necessary documentation, and will act as the liaison between the processers, underwriters, and borrowers.  In addition, I will make sure that all parties are up to date as the loan progresses. I'm available to answer any questions and address any concerns you have.  I will update you with email status updates throughout your transactions.

Kim Henson

My role is to process, package and submit your loan to the investor for approval.  Upon approval, I will contact Gretchen for any additional documentation needed to satisfy investor conditions in order to complete your loan.
